More Praise for Patrick Malahide’s Work in Hunted

Curt Warner of The Chicago Tribune‘s Redeye has strong praise for Patrick Malahide’s work in Hunted. Mr. Warner’s description of Jack Turner is spot on!

The Cinemax espionage drama “Hunted” might have more twists than a pretzel, but it makes one thing perfectly clear: Patrick Malahide is one scary mofo as Jack Turner.

Malahide, who may be best known in the U.S. for his role as Balon Greyjoy in HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” plays the East-End-gangster-turned-industrialist as if he’s a ravenous shark seeking out prey. As he says in the RedEye exclusive sneak peek of this week’s episode above, he will do whatever it takes to succeed.

And when Malahide says something like that, you believe him. (If you’re smart, you’ll run, too.) His is one of the best villains on TV this year, and we get even more of him in this week’s “Hunted” airing at 9 p.m. CT Friday, Nov. 23, on Cinemax.
